How Can I Get the Tax Credit?

Your small business qualifies if you had gross receipts of $1 million or less or fewer than 30 full-time employees in the preceding tax year.

You can receive 50 percent of eligible expenditures between $250 and $10,000 for the taxable year. The list of eligible expenses includes the cost associated with ensuring your website is ADA compliant. 

If you’ve already completed the process of ADA compliance in the preceding tax year, or plan on doing so this year, check with your tax advisor to ensure your eligibility for the credit and further instructions.
