BizHaus is a workplace community offering flexible office space in Los Angeles and Orange County. Across their three locations, they positioned themselves as a leading coworking space offering open desks, private offices, networking opportunities, and a creative, collaborative environment. Then the pandemic happened.

Moving Beyond Coworking

As you might imagine, coworking doesn’t mix well with stay-at-home orders and social distancing. Beyond that, BizHaus needed to move on from a different marketing agency that offered lackluster communication and support.

In coming to WISE, BizHaus had some important new goals to keep their business afloat:

  • They wanted to shift from selling coworking memberships to focusing on private offices and conference rooms
  • They wanted to wean themselves off the high cost of PPC (pay-per-click) advertising by focusing on organic (unpaid) Google rankings
  • They wanted to dominate Google’s map section and organic results across all three of their locations
