BizHaus is a workplace community offering flexible office space in Los Angeles and Orange County. Across their three locations, they positioned themselves as a leading coworking space offering open desks, private offices, networking opportunities, and a creative, collaborative environment. Then the pandemic happened.

Boosted Keyword Rankings

In coming to WISE, BizHaus had some important new goals to keep their business afloat:

  • They wanted to shift from selling coworking memberships to focusing on private offices and conference rooms.
  • They wanted to wean themselves off the high cost of PPC (pay-per-click) advertising by focusing on organic (unpaid) Google rankings.
  • They wanted to dominate Google’s map section and organic results across all three of their locations.

BizHaus’ new goals meant their marketing plan needed to change, including their SEO keyword strategy. What people googled to find them before (“coworking” and “shared office space”) no longer made sense in the midst of the pandemic.

WISE helped BizHaus reposition its brand online during the pandemic without losing Google rankings for "coworking" related searches. We boosted rankings for 50+ relevant, searched-for keywords in the first eight months, and garnered website traffic from those rankings. We also made their online listings accurate across all three of their locations.
