As Director of Operations, I'm focused on four "P's": 1) People management; 2) process management; 3) project management; and 4) purpose fulfillment - ensuring we stay aligned with our company vision. To that end, I develop long-term operational strategies that help the company meet its objectives, and I am responsible for ensuring that operations is performing efficiently and effectively.

Beyond this, I currently oversee the SEO and Copywriting Departments at WISE. With our team growing rapidly, I'm happy to pass on both my knowledge as an award-winning expert in Search Engine Optimization as well as the strategies gleaned from being a lifelong writer.

I enjoy focusing on organizational health and ensuring each team member is set up for success from hiring to onboarding and beyond. At the end of the day, WISE is about winning relationships. And by fostering health internally, we put ourselves in the best position possible to keep delivering quality services to our WISE partners nationwide!

I’ve worked with Carlo since 2016. He came to support SEO efforts at my previous agency, Lightpost Digital. After Lightpost sold, I asked him to come develop the SEO Department for WISE. He is a leader and remarkably skilled practitioner of the craft. I’ve probably learned more from Carlo than any other person in my time in digital marketing.
